Our Team

Ceidys is our Office Manager. She is the person you want to call with any questions you may have even if you are not yet a patient. She oversees daily office activities and provides direction and guidance to staff as needed. She ensures that patient’s appointments are handled properly, responds efficiently to patients and doctors needs and inquires. She is very passionate about her job and, since she started in the field as a dental assistant many years ago, has a complete knowledge of the entire office. She takes great pride in making sure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently with patient care being the utmost importance.
Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, going on road trips around our beautiful country and catching up with the latest TV series.

Dary is our lead assistant. She has been part of the Renaissance Dental family since its inauguration. While assisting Dr Elena Solis, her objective is to help patients to feel comfortable and relax before, during and after every procedure. Throughout the years, she has acquired experience and developed new skills in the fields of endo, ortho, perio and oral surgery. Dary stays up to date with the latest tools and techniques with the continuing education’s workshops including Invisalign, Phlebotomy, PRP among others.
In her free time, she loves reading novels and thrillers, traveling to get to know new cultures and exotic dishes, spending time with friends and family and enjoying Mother Nature.

Gladys is our experienced Dental Assistant. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. She strives to build relationships with the patients and finds their trust very important and rewarding.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies. She is, in addition, the doctor’s mother and is extremely to help her daughter achieving her dreams.

Mayra is a RDH and has been part of the dental field for more than 20 years. She started as a Periodontist in Cuba and fall in love with her profession since then. As a dental hygienist now, she continues enjoying her carrier by providing the best professional and personal care to her patients. Her passion and commitment to this profession, is only truly known by does who get to sit on her chair.

Ivania Rubio is our highly skilled dental assistant with over three years of experience in the dental field.
She is trained as a Dental Assistant and stands out for her advanced expertise in creating dental crowns, including intraoral scanning and digital design. Ivania is distinguished by her work ethic, professionalism, and great sense of humor, providing every patient with a comfortable, safe, and personalized experience.

Liettys is our treatment coordinator. She is the person that will guide you through the treatment recommended by the doctor. She has all the options and payment plans that can fit your necessities to make sure your health and beauty are taken care off. She is very open to clarify any questions you may have. Give it a try, call Liettys even if your question is from any other doctor and she will happily clarify your inquiries.

Lynet Garcia is our insurance coordinator: she is in charge of call or go online to insurers to confirm coverage, deductibles, co-pays, annual maximums and limitations. Also she supports our patients by scheduling their appointments, coordinating specialists, and making them feel welcomed. She finds joy in seeing patients' smiles as they arrive, and building strengthening friendships with them.

Graduated in Dentistry in 2021 from the Raúl González Sánchez Faculty, Havana, Cuba. She continued her training as a Dental Assistant in Madrid, Spain, where she practiced for one year. She currently resides in Miami, where she obtained her Dental Assistant license to practice in the United States. She has over four years of experience in the dental field and training in dental photography. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She is currently in the process of revalidating her dental degree.

Lenia Casas is our dental hygienist with over 5 years of experience. Graduated in Dentistry School in July 2008 and in 2013 received my Diploma of specialist in Orthodontia in Cuba. Lenia got her license as a Dental Hygienist in Miami Dade College and is certified in local anesthesia. Lenia thrives on helping individuals achieve their brightest smiles through personalized care and advanced hygiene techniques. In my spare time, Lenia enjoys being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Mailie Martin is our Dental Assistant, she was born in Cuba and developed a passion for dentistry from an early age, inspired by the values of love, respect, and service instilled by her family. This foundation sparked a genuine interest in oral health care and the well-being of others, leading her to pursue a career in dentistry with dedication and commitment.
Throughout her academic journey, she gained both knowledge and strong professional values that reinforced her desire to serve others. Currently, she works as a dental assistant, performing her duties with professionalism, responsibility, and a strong service-oriented mindset. Her goal is to continue growing professionally, expand her expertise, and contribute positively to the oral health of our community.

Sissy Fernández is our dedicated dental professional with over a decade of experience in the field. She graduated as a Dental Assistant in 2014 in Havana, Cuba, where she began her career providing clinical support and delivering compassionate care to patients.In 2023, Sissy successfully validated her credentials and obtained her Dental Assistant license in the United States, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and high standards of practice. Her strong technical skills, work ethic, and passion for oral health make her a valuable asset to any dental team.Known for her empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered approach, Sissy strives to create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient she serves.

Cielo Esmeralda is our Community Manager and has over 5 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation. She has worked with a wide range of industries, including restaurants, personal brands, dental clinics, and aesthetic and beauty businesses, developing strategies focused on organic growth and brand positioning within our community.
She specializes in creating engaging content, growth strategies, and influencer management, combining creativity and data analysis to connect brands with our community and deliver measurable results in the digital environment.
